  3. Sore legs for 2 weeks. What could it be?

Sore legs for 2 weeks
I have been having sore, numb legs for 2 weeks , it is all over my leg but sometimes hurts more on my upper legs. I sometimes have pain in both legs or one of them. I also aching arms. When I rest the pain is the same and does not get better. I don’t excersise so what could it be ?
