Sore in soft palate near uluva

Asked for Male, 22 Years

From last about 10 days i m suffering from sore ie caused near the uluva on soft palate...at the starting it is painful but now there is no pain but still sore is there...so is it symptoms of any dieses or something else?

It can be an ulcer which usually takes 7 to 14 days to heal. If the lesion is the manifestation of an infection then diagnosis has to be confirmed before starting treatment.
