Sore and tender breasts

Unmarried, not sexually active
I am experiencing slightly tender and sore breasts from last 7-8 days, around 12th march ( expected ovulation date). Till now I am feeling soreness and tenderness upon touching. I have also tried wearing loose bra but its still the same. What could be the cause? Is it anything serious
(Earlier it used to happen only ocassionally and only for 1-2 days before my period)

You should consult a Gynaecologist who can examine your breasts. Infection is not likely in your case but premenstrual engorgement is a possibility.
