Due to spotting during urination docter suggest for sonography & sonoghrapgy report says :single intrauterine gestational sac is seen. The sac contours are regular. Mean sac diameter is 08mm corresponds to 5 weeks 3 days. The yolk sac is seen. No foetal pole is not seen yet. No adenexal pathology. What does this report means?

It says u are pregnant and having signs and symptoms of a threatened abortion,so in case you want to go ahead having a baby u need to be put on pregnancy support pills .
