Son suffering from severe eye infection

Please help me, my son is suffering from eye infection due to which high fever arises and he is not able to open his full eye and his eyes are red. He is 8 years old.

please clean his eyes with Luke warm water. put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and ocupol oint at bed time.

Next Steps

please keep his towel hanky and pillow etc separate. if infection persists then we may have to start oral antibiotics and anti inflammatory tab or syrups.under the guidance of a local ophthalmologist.
