Son Dry Cough

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My son got dry cough now. Last Saturday he got viral fever and on Sunday a local doctor advised to take Calpol 250 mg . Now his body temperature is normal since yesterday, but he got cold. He coughs a lot but no discharge comes out. Tonight at 1 AM he woke up coughing and then vomited with foods, phlegm and bit of blood. He was continuously crying for long. Now he is sleeping. Please advise me to do the needful.
