Make sure he is drinking enough fluids (water,Kanji etc) and passing urine once every 6 hours atleast. If he is vomiting more or complaining pain in tummy or developed bleeding gums while brushing or blue or black patches in skin, black motion, take him to hospital immediately. To confirm typhoid, he need more test. Visit your doctor according his advice.

Dengue resolves on its own with food and plenty of oral fluids. You have to take antibiotics for typhoid. If your child is taking food and fluids adequately thrn the above problems get easily treated at home. But its very important to get daily follow up with your doctor until fever subsides.
