Somthing round grown on top of right tes

Asked for Male, 24 Years

From many days I'm noticing something round grown on top of my right testicle and it has now multiplied to two the latter one very small...Now I'm also having very mild pain in right testicle which slowly spreads to my gtoin area and sometimes to my right thighs...I'm feeling like my right testicle is heavy and larger than my left one.
