Sometimes uneasiness and pain left chest

My husband is facing problem usually at night. He experiences a little pain just like pin is pointing on the left side of the chest especially when he lay down to sleep but when he sits up then the pain disappears but uneasiness remains(feels like heartbeat is increasing). He has gone for check up ECG came out normal but his BP was little high(140/90).He is also having problem of acidity and whenever this pain or uneasiness occurs he usually complaint about acidity in the evening... Can this problem be because of acidity? And this acidity problem can be because of tea?

His pain does not seem to be heart related. Yes it could be acidity related. Avoid spicy and oily food, exercise regularly and avoid lying down for at least 1 hour after having a meal. If symptoms persist then consult a physician for medications
