Please look after your diet and hydration. You should take small frequent meals, especially easily digestible food like sweet biscuits, curds, home made sweets made from milk like custard , bread with milk. You should be up and about for some time. If you want to lie down you should lie on one side. You should start Arginine sachet with milk or water , one sachet twice a day. Fortnightly check up by your Doctor.
