Something stuck inside the body
Actually today i ate dry bread, and i think now the piece of it has stuck somewhere inside my body and literally now whatever i am eating it feels like thunder or even when i drink any hot liquid or even water, i cant able to drink it properly. What to do now

This is more of a Psychological problem. There is no dry bread which will not become soft when you drink hot or cold liquid. Please drink two glasses of luke warm water. If you don't vomit it out then your problem is psychological.

your description correlates with painful swallowing Most likely dry peice of bread while passing through the food pipe ,must have caused sort of injury to it.since then you feel lump is stuck in and drinking water can cause pain This is expected to remain for few days till it's healed.small amount of liquid plus soft food is advised.
Next Steps
