Something on testicle

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi..I don't know what it is but there is something on my left testicles..it is like hard rubber..it's not paining while I m pressing it hard..once or twice some white things came out of it while pressing..this thing is from last several years like 10 yrs.pls suggest me.is there any serious issue..what should I do..kindly help me..I m little bit worried..my age is 30
