Something in breast, is it normal?
Im 20 female, no family history or breast cancer but I've always been scared of it, I keep looking for symptoms and it's gotten to a point where Im sure I might have breast cancer. Recently, I was lying down on my back, and I pressed my left breast and felt something hard. Im not sure if it is a lump or not because I cant find it anymore. Also, my breasts hurt sometimes, and if I pinch a mass, not just the skin but some part of the insides of the breast too, they hurt with a sharp pain. Otherwise, my breasts hurt if Im lying on one side, the other side will hurt. I just wanna know if I should be concerned or if it's normal. My bra size is 34D, in case the size matters in diagnosis too.

Some amount of breast pain if you are nearing your periods is common and normal. But if you feel if you have any breast lump better to get an examination done by a gynaec . And if you have worries about cancer get an ultrasound scan done as a part of screening.

To allay your fears it is better to get examined by a gynecologist or a surgeon and get a breast ultrasound done. Breast pain could be hormonal or period related as well. After you get checked up you can get supplements for reducing the breast pain.
