Asked for Male, 16 Years

From last 2 days I have a problem about my private area. My private part just become erect in morning and Iam really confused. Is this is a disease? Today a very strange thing happen that something white substance at the morning was coming out of my private part and I feel very bad 😔😔and my underwear also get wet. I thought it is something dangerous. Please tell as soon as possible what is the disease.
