Back pain have many causes, common cause is musculoskeletal. You need to consult a orthopaedics and also a physiotherapist. Physiotherapy is the best way to reduce musculoskeletal cause for back pain.

Firstly rule out cardiometabolic disorders Atleast get your suger  and bp chdlked You may also go for kft and thiroid profile Detailed  evaluation  is needed is it unilatral Or on both side .is it continuous  or throbing type. Based  on the detailed  evaluation  yor treatment will be done Is there blue lines (visible veins) Is there pain in joint movements. Etc
