Some burning sensation
I think it's been 3 years which I encountered this sensation in me. It's actually a burning type or some discomfort feeling under the area below my neck. I ignored first time which I got it in my graduation final year. Later it got solved by itself. After a year later I got it again but doctors prescribed some medicine & it didn't find it afterwards. But now again I'm getting it & now It was somewhat hard or I don't know it whether it's highest pain or not but it was staying for 30sec or more & I'm getting it from 4pm-9pm, now the sensation is not that much hard but it was staying under my neck for such a long time. Google is telling that it is GERD, but I want to know why & what it is was coming from. Thanks in advance doctors.

Hi..... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn..... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals..... Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.....
