I am 5 months pregnant,due to pain in my calf muscles and swelling in legs my gynae has prescribed Micro D3 tablets,but they are not available ,instead SOFT GELATIN CAPSULES are available(Calquick-D3),can i take soft gelatin D3 instead of tablet in pregnancy
