Soft lymph in both armpits

Hello, During 8months of my pregnancy,my both underarms swollen,my gunpowder said it will be fine later.bt after 1year also it looks same .it doesn't pain at all bt looks weird nd scary.can't wear sleaveless otherwise many questions comes frm ppl.its soft nd doesn't hurt neither see changes in size too.please tell me is it serious nd to whom I sud consult?
