Social Anxiety
Whenever I go out, talk to people, or if I'm in a store my world starts to slow down. It's like white noise fills my ears and everything is muffled, then I get this suffocating feeling and I feel like I need to sit down and close my eyes for 20 to 30 minutes and try not to break down. When it gets to the point where I need to sit my entire body gets this rush of heat like when you get a fever except my skin feels normal.
