I smoked canabis for 4 years quite often until last year when I seemed to have what was like a panic attack. I was unsure if to try it again but as It was something I did often it wasn't easy to just stop so I tried again a few months later and the same thing seemed to happen. I go away to Amsterdam in 3 days and I wasn't just wondering if you think it would be a good idea to try this again or if you know ways how to stop it?
