Smell taste not consistent

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I had Covid in 2020 and only symptom was taste smell loss which I got during pregnancy. Post delivery my taste smell loss regained. Again in April 2021 I lost both and did Covid test and it was negative. After a month it came back but not 100 percent. Now again I lost it. I am not sure what's happening. In May I got sinusitis also. Please advise I am depressed
