Smell and taste loss
Its been almost 4 months of covid but still not recovered smell and taste,
Initially it was getting improve after two months but not fully recovered,
Now after 4 months its getting worse even getting different taste and odour,
Pls advise how to regain it completely

Generally according to guidelines post covid symptoms last for about 3 months. So if u r still not getting taste and odour u might go for another RTPCR or antigen test for covid as there may be a chance of reinfection from covid.
