Small Tumor/wart on left lower eyelid

Asked for Female, 39 Years

Female 39 years, BP 90/140, TSH 4.3, Blood sugar Normal. Taking BP and Thyroid allopathic Tablets daily. Small (mustered size) Tumor/wart on my left lower eye brow (left lower eyelid) for the last 10-12 years. Slightly obstructing view, feeling slightly pain nowadays, It seems increasing size slightly. Is there any treatment for drying out without going to surgery ? Then how long I have to continue take medicine ?

Please post a pic to help us give precise opinion. Mostly surgical removal may be required but nowadays, you can go for cryotherapy or CO2 laser thrapy which are less invasive.
