Could hydroceles ( fill of water in scrotum), get a USG scrotum done, have a scrotal support (tight underwear) will be fine....

Hello ..is it palpable sir ..and check tenderness and pain , sometimes it's due to inflammation swelling happen and for better safety reason go for ultrasound scrotum once and share report we will see
