Though my both testes are small in size, the right testis is hanging up than the left one. Ultrasound scan report shows that the volume of the right testis is 5.6cm3 and that of the left is 6.2cm3; small fluid was found surrounding both testes. Semen analysis reveals that NO SPERM CELL FOUND. Also, I experience a very low sexual drive (libidos), weak erection and quick ejaculation. Finally, for the past one month, I've been feeling hotness in my right testis. Why should I do, please? I'm married
