Yes its an STD , mostly molluscum contagiosum  , need immediate treatment or can spread to anal region . May even biopsy and hpe evaluation  . Consult  immediately,  don’t neglect!

It's molluscum contagiosum but few lesions near the anal opening seems like warts also Anyway physical examination is always more reliable
