Small size, and foreskin sticks behind

First, im bisexual i have had sex with a few men, just oral sex. Recently, my foreskin goes down and gets struck under the head of my penis. Its a painful task to bring it back up. Is it normal? And next, I have a really small penis its 4 inches while erect. Is that an issue? I feel so insecure about it. I have a girlfriend she knows about my penis size, she hasnt seen it yet though. So she says its fine, size doesnt matter!! But it really bothers me! What do i do?
