Small lump or tissue under both nipples

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I'm male 19 yrs old. I've been having a lump or tissue under my nipple that is hurting when I touched it. And I've checked about symptoms of breast cancer in men. There is nothing matched except lump under my nipple. So I'm worried about me getting breast cancer since I'm 19 and I've lots of life to lead on. So kindly please help me.
