Small Lump on top of right testicle
Im 21 year old male, I have a small lump on top-right side of my right testicle its hard to find also its movable but attached to the top of testis, when i touch or roll it causes some ache, sometimes my right leg aches too. Im having this problem from past 2 weeks, i had went to my Physician but he didn't find anything, but still the pain was usual so he advised me to get an ultrasound, luckily even in the ultrasound everything came normal I'm sure the radiologist didn't find it. But i have this problem continuously from 2 weeks and the lump is painful even i touch it now, also i masterbute daily, is there any connection between the pain and ejaculation?
