Small Lump inside Mouth

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hello doctor, Developed a small lump in the base of mouth beneath the tongue past 3-4 weeks. Not painful at all. It vanished after 5-6 days and again reappeared. Any suggestion of cause and possible remedy? Attached picture pointing the snall lump. thanks in advance
