I would advise you to meet a gastroenterologist so that the underlying cause and the sensitivity report of the bacteria can be taken so that you can take the proper antibiotic support to help in this situation. You would require further investigations such as endoscopy or colonoscopy to rule out any anatomical defects and have it corrected accordingly. You would require an extensive antibiotic treatment and a multivitamin to correct and normalize your loss of vitamins and other essential elements. You must watch your diet and this process usually takes time and recurrent antibiotic use to treat. I would strongly recommend you meet a gastroenterologist for the right treatment.
