Small bumps on the ball sack

I'm having some small bumps on the ball sack since a long time now. Initially around 3 years back they were very small but now they are kinda visible. I'm not sure if this is something to worry about and if it is an STD or is cancerous. Please have a look at the image to know what it looks like.
