Small bump in vaginal areas underneath l

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hello, just two days ago my thigh next to my vaginal area started to hurt and felt soar. Then the same day I noticed a small painful bump on my vagina underneath the lip part down there. At first it only hurt a little. Now today it just is the most painful thing ever. It burns and even burns when I pee. I've had this happen before, but not this bad and I never experienced pain on my inner thigh area. Could this be something I should worry about?
