Small bulge
Its been 3 months now. Because of the covid pandemic we are getting scare him to exposd with a specialist. Initially thought it will go automatically. 3 months now, but the buldge seems increase. Any suggestions. He is 6 yrs boy . 20 kg wt approx. No eye infection so far. No itching. No redness. And eye sizes also normal except thd bulge. Ths bulge is on his right eye below lid part. Will be helpful any medication!

It is a benign painless swelling called chalazion.
Next Steps
usually surgically managed try hot fomentation and chlorocol-H eye ointment for a week.then report. but chances of reduction by medication are slim

This bulge is a chalazion and will possibly not go away without a surgical removal since it’s persistent for 3 months. However, it is not an emergency and will do no harm even if you wait till you are comfortable to take him to a specialist. In the mean while do hot fomentation 3 times a day and you can use eye drops tobramycin incase of redness or discharge.

This is a chalazion. It needs a surgical removal. Till you consult an ophthalmologist in clinic do hot fomentation three times a day. You can also do lid massage.

Generally after 3 months, medications dont work. Plan for a surgical removal when u feel comfortable

Try hot fomentation of the swelling if you haven't till now. May need surgical removal if it persists.
