This bulge is a chalazion and will possibly not go away without a surgical removal since it’s persistent for 3 months. However, it is not an emergency and will do no harm even if you wait till you are comfortable to take him to a specialist. In the mean while do hot fomentation 3 times a day and you can use eye drops tobramycin incase of redness or discharge.

It needs a surgical removal.
Till you consult an ophthalmologist in clinic do hot fomentation three times a day. You can also do lid massage.
