Small breathing problem after a walk

I am a smoker and still can not give up the habit. Recent I have some breathing problem after a walk and the medine of bp and triflixaride are taken regularly please help what should I do.

Breathing problem on walking is the typical sign of heart or lung disease precipitated by smoking. Stop smoking and get yourself investigated . Get ECHO, XRAYand TMT test done. atleast.
