Slow rising hcg
I got strong positive in UPT. But no sac visible in trans vaginal ultrasound. Doctor asked me to get beta hcg done for 48 hours repeated. My first hcg value was 3513 and now after 48 hours it is 3923. It is not doubled. What does the slow rise in hcg indicate? Please help me...

At what weeks of gestation your ultrasound was done .. Do you have any complain or symptoms.. In 85% of cases the rise in B hcg in 48hours is more than 66%, however in 15% of cases the rise in B hcg can be lesser even in viable intrauterine pregnancy.. Don’t get stressed .. It’s important that we repeat TVS as st this Bhcg level we must be able to see gestatisac ..
