Hi dr. My USG shows 5+ weeks pregnancy,LMP 13/08 Dr asked to repeat scan after 14:days, I was suffering through dengue and typhoid right before I found out I am pregnant. I am very tensed as I took doxycyclin in typhoid and dr. Is saying it is deadly in early pregnancy. I have had 5 abortion as in self abortion as i was forced to do so by my ex husband. Please let me know if this will be fine. Right now taking susten 300mg, fol123 and ecospirin 75mg

Fetal abnormalities due to doxycycline is found to be very minimal among all tetracycline drugs USG scan after 2 weeks may be helpful in ruling out any fetal anamolies due to medication Tab folic acid daily is advisable in early pregnancy Follow your treating doctor advice
