Slightly bleeding before due date

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi I was on ovulation induction treatment and my egg ruptured on 6th of April (15th day of cycle.) Dr. prescribed me Endogest SR for 15 days from 6th of April. Now from 16th of April I am observing slight blood stains, not continuous but whenever I go to pee. I am really concerned about this matter? Should I go and see the dr. now? why is it happening?
