Suddenly today morning am able to see some red spot in left eye. no itching or pain. Am having eye sight of -4 in both eyes. Only reddish spot end of left eye.

I think it is sub conjunctival hemorrhage ,it will disappear itself in one week but you may use Tobrasone eye drops 3-4 times till it disappears.
