Hello Dr. I am having slight pain near chest area and stomach bloatinh... Near nurse advised to take ecg and see.. Attached here is there anything I have to follow for heart related.. Kindly advise

Ecg looks fine. Must be acidity. Is your BP in normal range? You can try taking antacids and see if it helps
