Slight Pain in lower left abdomen
I am married.its non consumable marriage my husband have some harmonal issue. After six months of marriage i got under myomectmy its was large subserosel fibroids.Now after One year i have continuous mild pain from lower left rib area including back portions of left kidney + left bikni area.including dry skin ,lips,heals and hands.when ever i go with continuous household in a day i feel pain and extrem tiredness.before few weaks i feel jus needles stabbing in my spinal cord area.Plz help.

You underwent myomectomy but your pain starts in the rib area and goes upto flanks and bikini area. These two are not related. Then you also have dry skin which may be a part of winter.

Get USG abdomen and pelvis, Urine Routine and microscopic examination, Urine Culture. Stool for worms infestation.  In the mean time take Tab Neurobion Fort once a day. Plenty of oral fluids, Coconut water.
