Slight chest pain
Hello doc, My dad is k/c/o Htn,dm since 17 years And k/c/o unstable angina and double coronary artery disease since 4 years . We had got his angiography done and results were 75% block and 50% block in LAD and Right coronary artery. No stents procedure done. He is currently on medications Recently he is having a lot of stress and gastric problems. Yesterday he had chest pain that lasted for 4 to 5 mins at around 8pm yesterday before which he did walking of 3 km normally. It was not associated with breathing difficulties, diaphoresis. Today he got ecg done and everything seems normal.. The general practitioner near my home told it was coz of musculoskeletal issue or gastric issue. Now my concern is should I consult him for cardiologist and get angiography,2d echo is necessary? Is there a risk of this problem?

Hello.. when was the angiography done? We will definitely need to do an echo, may be one blood test, and meet a Heart Specialist for further care.
