Hi Gum bleeding is mainly because of severe infection over the gums . First proceed with general scaling and application of gum paint and mouth rinse. Prefer soft brushing.visit your nearby dentist and if required take antibiotics too.

Bleeding in gums is due to the plaque deposition which hardens and irritates the gums which are soft and cause bleeding. Visit a dentist nearby and get the treatment done. You will have to go for proper scaling and polishing and follow the instructions given by dentist so as to maintain good oral health
