Sleeplessness has got many reasons. If you are able to sleep for five hours consecutively without any disturbance then nothing to worry. If your 5 hours of sleep affects your productivity on the next following day then you need to think about it.
Next Steps
Stop using gadgets atleast one hour before you sleep. Listen to some music like sounds of rain, waves etc, before going to sleep. Have a light meal for your dinner. Do regular exercise.
Health Tips
If the sleeplessness persists or continues you need to consult a Psychologist for further evaluation and treatment.
