Care AI Shimmer
Dim the lights. Avoid spicy , fried and spicy food . If she can go for a walk in the balcony , she can do 4-6hrs prior to bedtime. Probably a warm bath before bedtime and if she has a habit of reading a book that also. Avoid watching tv or playing video games or lengthy phone calls in the bed. Avoid caffeine... if she is anxious do u confinement at home due to covid, try to get her to avoid over thinking and make her do any indoor hobbies...
Next Steps
If she had previous history of mood swings or sleeplessness, either in the pregnancy or before , let me know. If all the above doesn’t work , we have to think of medications...

Right now we can’t give sleeping pills, tell her to do some relaxing exercises and talk to friends and don’t think too much. Watching some interesting movies and don’t watch news channels frequently.

before going in for medications for sleep it is better to evaluate why the problem is and to change the lifestyle modifications and if there is any hormone imbalance as well

Try to relax. Warm milk at bed time.  No mobiles. No net. No TV at bed time. No medicines can be given as she is pregnant
