I am 34weeks pregnant and facing sleep issues...I hardly get sleep for 1 or 2 hours tried sleeping during the day time too but I m unable to sleep.. please suggest that can ve done...also does it affect my baby?

Read books or listen to soothing music and you will fall asleep. Can also practise yoga nidra. Taking rest is important at this juncture of pregnancy. Don’t take any sleeping pill.
