Hi,
I'm currently a university student and would definitely say that I'm a night owl. I just somehow study better at night and feel more focused. I usually sleep at 2-3 and wake up at 1 p.m. since I don't have any morning classes.
Is it okay if I continue doing this?
My concern is that even though I'm feeling absolutely great and fresh every day, I'm afraid that something will happen to my internal organs that I'm not aware of. The internet gives various answers that's not helpful. Thankyou
