Sleeping position during pregnancy

Dear sir/ Mam , My wife is 5th month pregnant ,She is not comfortable to sleep in left or right side And she is comfortable in straight only ,as I heard straight is not good to sleep the position Can she sleep in Straight way pls suggest Thanks

Sleep straight with a pillow in the back towards right side so atleast there is a tilt towards left
