I got my last period in july and skipped in august and till date..in ultrasound it is given that iam having dominant follicle 18.9mm on right ovary and cortical cysts with increased stroma..can you please tell me what actually it is..is it harmful, curable ???

Plz attach USG report, though its unfortunate but not serious n cure very well, dominant follicle means ur agg is about to pop out which is normal, though it enlarged bit. It demands further details n better consult Gynaecologist in person for examination.
