Skipped Period
Hello, my last menstrual date was on 16th December. I did not get my periods in January. I did a hcG blood test on 27th January. The result was <2.00 mlu/ml which is Not Pregnant - I have tried all the foods which could help in inducing periods however, no luck. Could someone suggest to me what I should do? Should I take another hcG test or is there any other specific test to check the cause for delayed periods? I have been pretty active physically ( exercise) in the last year however, since December I haven't exercised much..could this be a reason for the delay?
